Building Will Begin Soon After the Contract is Signed

We will give you an estimate on what the cost of the new home construction project will be. Once you have accepted our fair estimate, you will sign a contract, blueprints will be finalized, and the building permit application will be sent in. If all of the pre-construction steps are met, and there are no snags, we will start the building process. That could be within weeks or months after the contract is signed. Here are the Stages to the New Home Building Process

Every home is different, but there are stages to every new home construction, including:

  • Foundations are Built
  • Framing of the House
  • Insulation is Installed
  • Drywall is Installed

Rough Mechanical: Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Electric

Finishing Work: Kitchen and Bath Cabinetry, Interior Doors, Trim, Etc.

Finish Mechanical: Toilets, Air Conditioning United, Light Fixtures Installed

Final Stage: Windows, floors, baths, and kitchen are cleaned and inspected. You are ready to move into your new home
